Op/Chief Rules and Regulations:
- Ops/Chiefs must utilize all the Supplies sent during their shift and party must be full as much as possible.
- Ops/Chiefs will receive their Rewards and Salaries on their Op/Chief account ONLY. Any request for transferring a reward/salary to another account is not allowed.
- Op/Chief must stay online within their respective shift. This shall strictly be monitored by the GMs.
- Any Op/Chief which were marked with Excused (personal), Late and/or Absent will not be qualified to receive the rewards (Weekly/Monthly).
- Ops must send their chosen Day Offs and it will be active for the current month. Day Offs resets every month, and can't be exchanged to any Excuse, Late or Absent mark. Ops can still work on Day Off during given situations, but this will not affect their Attendance and/or Salaries.
- Emergency Day Off; which is requested after an OP chose their preferred Day off; should be sent 1 hour before your shift to be approved.
- Ops/Chiefs are invited to attend our Weekly Assembly every Wednesday on random times.
- For recruitment, Chiefs need to send the names of the WYDians to Q&A Section, (and Ops to our Op Q&A Section). Recruitments are during Mons-Thurs only.
- Ops/Chiefs may kick any Member granted they submit a valid reason to Q&A Section with screenshot of the violation.
- Ops/Chiefs who acquired 4 Absences within a month will be terminated. For clarification, 3 Late marks is considered as 1 Absent.
- Ops/Chiefs who were proven sharing their accounts to other players will be kicked or terminated immediately without any warning and will not receive compensation.
- Ops/Chiefs who will get involved in any hack/scam case will be terminated and will not receive any compensation.
- Ops/Chiefs are not allowed to transfer their OP Tag to another account or character anymore.
- All terminated or resigned (account/sub-accounts of) OP/chiefs are not allowed to re-apply for the position, except for Wildcard Applications.
- Wildcard Ops/Chiefs can only work as their last term, and will be blacklisted from the whole academy if they leave, be removed or terminated out of the position again.
- Ops/Chiefs are encouraged, not obliged, to make Blogs out of the Monthly Topic chosen by the GMs which will be posted on Official Forum. This is done (1) to give additional information, tips, news and comments to all players about the game and (2) to give them a chance to increase their Monthly Salary on their own.
- Ops/Chiefs who failed to follow the above rules and regulations will be given disciplinary action.
Recruitment Procedures:
The requirements for a Mortal Character to be recruited are the following:
- Must ask the online Operator only;
- Level 1~320 Mortal Character;
- No equipped Costume;
- Must not be a current member of a Guild;
For Advance Academy; the following procedures are necessary:
- Must ask the online Chief only;
- Level 200~355 God Character;
- Level 1~40 Celestial Character;
- No equipped Costume;
- Must not be a current member of a Guild;
- Hardcore and Soul Characters are not allowed to join;

Graduation System:
All Mortal Academy Members can now receive their Graduation Rewards if they still have the Academy Tag and their Mortal Character reached Level 400. They must send us a request in Q&A Section while staying online in-game, and the available GM(s) will meet you. Graduations are done only during Saturdays and Sundays and the rewards are as follows.

Academy League:
Rules:
- Will be held on the following schedules:
Friday = 21:00 GT
Saturday = 08:00 GT
Sunday = 15:00 GT
- Only 26 random members from each Academy can participate;
- There are 4 divisions, Beginners (100-200), Advance (201-300) and Hardcore (301-369); Op Division
- The battle lasts for 5minutes for each division.
- Each account can only join 1 League per week. If the same character/account joined the previous Leagues, then he/she will not be entitled to receive any rewards or consolations.
- No mounts, costumes, ancient items, naiads allowed, also with Sephira Relo/Resu and Civil Soul.
- Friday participants are not allowed to join Saturday and Sunday Leagues. Likewise, Friday and Saturday participants are not allowed to join Sunday League. In short, a participant (account) can only join once per week. Participants are referred to as any player (winner/loser) which are summoned by GMs on a qualified division.

Ops/Chief Ranking System:
Ops/Chiefs will be given an alias, being part of the line-of-commands for Academy and Advance Academy. All Ops/Chiefs will be given a period of time to think of their own alias composed of only 7 alphanumeric characters. After submitting their chosen alias on Q&A Section, their name will be modified as [rank][dot][alias]:

In order to become a Colonel, a Major should complete the following:
- 3 more consecutive PAs + must won 7 times within a month on Op League
- 3 more consecutive PAs + must conquer 5 Guild Zones (all towns) on a Channel within a month
A Colonel should complete the following to maintain his/her rank:
- 1 more consecutive PA + must won at least once in a month on Op League
- 1 more consecutive PA + must conquer 1 Guild Zone on a Channel in a month
In order to become a General, a Colonel should complete the following: (only 1 General each for Academy and Advance Academy is allowed)
- 3 more consecutive PAs
- Create and submit a blog (GMs will review the blog if successful)
- Must won 7 times in a month on Op League or win against other Colonel running for General rank (will be done after the last Op League of the month)
- Must conquer 5 Guild Zones (all towns) on a Channel in a month or win against other Colonel running for General rank (will be done after the last Kingdom War of the month)
A General should complete the following to maintain his/her rank:
- 1 more consecutive PA + must won at least once in a month on Op League or win against other Colonel running for General rank (will be done after the last Op League of the month)
- 1 more consecutive PA + must conquer 1 Guild Zone on a Channel in a month or win against other Colonel running for General rank (will be done after the last Kingdom War of the month)
Notes:
- Only 1 General for Academy and 1 General for Advance Academy are allowed.
- Only Generals can request for a Tag Transfer. The character who will receive the Tag will get a Private Rank.
- The dot on the new Op/Chief name will appear in-game and Ops/Chiefs must always remind their members about this in order for them to receive PMs, and also get summoned by the GMs.
